MBA -Master of Business administration and PGDM-post graduate diploma in Management.There is far far difference between MBA and PGDM, Because MBA is Masters in Administration and PGDM is in Management.
Now a days, thousands and thousands of MBA's are coming out every year and degrading the management studies.MBA's are ready to work even for 5k per month and spoiling the whole market.
Either the standards of MBA education and MBA grads have to be improved or Clear demarcation should be brought and awareness to be brought.
My request to all the MBA grads is to have dignity for youselves, and please dont spoil the market going for 3k, 5k or 10k jobs.Think before you join a job, that you have done your Masters.

Every customer is Different and has different thoughts about the product for which he is going to use the product for or the service he is going to get.So marketers need to be very very careful in understanding the needs and also to know the expectations that a customer has.
Consumer behavior is of course a vast subject and its difficult to predict a customer.But we can get the clues from the customer by his first two or three sentences and probing plays an important role in knowing and determining the needs of the customer.
So don't make a mistake by expressing what you know about your product benefits and trying to show your knowledge to the customer, Instead try to tell him the benefits which are related and help fulfill his requirements.
